POSMAX™ was written in Delphi for the Windows NT environment and is equally adept with Sybase and Interbase databases.

POSMAX™ runs on PC based hardware and is intended for both single retailers as well as for chain stores or franchises. POSMAX™ provides the retailer with all the functionality required for managing a retail business. Inventory is updated immediately that a transaction is done, whether that transaction is a sale or an inventory receiving transaction. Customer accounts are as current and up to the minute as the last sale made to that customer's account which of course includes the current day's transactions. Multiple units of measure, break quantities, discount flexibility and special customer pricing provide the retailer with considerable price control.
